We never forget that you are looking for a home, not just a property to rent.

We respect the fact that you’re probably busy enough already, without adding ‘chasing letting agents’ to your to-do list. We will do our very best to make sure that finding and renting a property through Adore is as hassle free an experience as possible – after all, we want you to tell your friends nice things about us!

Our fast growing portfolio spans the range from studio apartments, to large family homes – if you can tell us a little about what you’re looking for, we’ll get back to you shortly with details of homes we have available now, and coming up in the near future.

Our charges are fair and transparent, and as you’d expect we are signed up to The Property Ombudsman Scheme and the National Approved Lettings Scheme, as well as the Deposit Protection Service so that you can be sure your deposit money is safely and legally looked after.

To apply for any of our properties please fill in our Online Tenant Application Form and return to hello@adorecardiff.co.uk.

Alternatively, to register an interest in any of our properties or book a viewing, call 0300 5000 601 or fill out our contact form.

Tenant Charges

We have a clear and upfront schedule of charges for tenants. We will never charge you to look for a property on your behalf; however once we have found you your new home, the following charges apply.

  • Administration Fee £216 Inc. VAT

This covers our costs for carrying our credit checks, sourcing references, and putting together and explaining your tenancy agreement.

  • Holding deposit £150

This is payable by you if you would like us to take a property off the market, but are not in a position to proceed immediately with the tenancy. This forms part of your bond when your tenancy is signed

  • Security Deposit (Bond) £100 plus one months rent

This deposit is the landlord’s security against any damage that occurs to the property. By law, all deposits are held in an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Adore use the Deposit Protection Service for any deposits it holds; your landlord may choose to use a different scheme and if so, will give you details.

  • Late payment of rent £15

If your rent is paid more than 3 days after its due date, a £15 charge will be payable.
